– When issuing multimodal waybill with exchangeable authority, the following should be issued:-
(a) be issued in the name of a directed person or bearer,
(b) A multimodal waybill issued in the name of a directed person may be transferred from the bench to another person,
(c) A multimodal bill of lading issued in the name of the carrier may be transferred to another person without a bench,
(d) If more than one multi-modal waybill is issued, such waybill should be mentioned in such waybill.
